MAC and MATS Refund Policy

Students are responsible for having tuition paid in full by the end of their registration period. If you have not paid tuition or made arrangements to do so by the start of the term, you will be removed from your course(s).

For dropped or withdrawn courses once the term has begun, the refund amount will be calculated based on a prorated scale based on the time lapsed from the date of the first day of the term to the withdrawal date. The scale will be determined by the number of calendar days in the semester, beginning with the first day of the term and ending with the last day of exams. 

If a refund is given, it will be granted a refund in the form of a credit that will remain on your student account for future terms of study, for up to one calendar year from the date of withdrawal. Cash refunds will not be granted. Credits will not be given if you withdraw past the last date listed in the respective schedule. Refunds will not be granted outside of a credit for future terms.
