How long does it take to complete a Theological Studies Certificate?

There is a lot of flexibility with the length of time it could take to complete a Theological Studies Certificate. Depending on your additional responsibilities and life commitments, you may choose to take just one class per term, or multiple per term! You can decide as you go, which is helpful especially if you need a lighter term or have capacity to take on more during a particular season.

• Most students choose to take one class per term, which will have you finishing up your certificate in less than one year.
• If you enroll in two classes per term, you can finish the certificate in just two terms.

There is a lot of flexibility to complete a certificate at your own pace! Our Student Success team also has degree planning tools for you to map out your desired program completion. Just remember, you must take courses in at least two terms per academic year to stay active as a student in our program. Additionally, all students are required to finish the program in no more than 10 years.
