Course Description

This course will cover the prophetical books of the Old Testament. We’ll interact with topics such as the structure, content, and theology of the prophetical books, the ancient Near Eastern setting of prophecy, the history of interpretation of the prophetic literature, and the role of the prophets in redemptive history.
