NT 223 Course at a Glance
NT Interpretation: Acts & Paul
Lectures By: Dr. David Briones
Effective for the Academic Year: 2024-2025
Course Description
This course is designed to deepen one’s understanding of Acts and the letters of Paul, exegetically and in a biblical-theological manner, as well as questions of special introduction and themes in the theology of Acts and Paul. My primary task is to inform your mind and enflame your heart as we gaze on the crucified, risen, and ascended Lord Jesus Christ in Acts and Paul. To that end, class will usually begin with a Valley of Vision Prayer that aligns with the lecture. The rest of the class session will be spent thinking exegetically, theologically, and practically on several texts, topics, and debates in Acts and Paul.
