Tuition Payment Deadlines

MDiv, MAR, and Post-Graduate Programs

• All new and returning students enrolled in a course - Payment is due on the first day of class each semester.
• ThM, DMin, and PhD students in Post Coursework - Continuation fee is due by September 1st each year.

If you fail to pay all tuition and fees by the last day of the Add/Drop period, and have not set up satisfactory arrangements with Student Success, you will be dropped from all of your courses and charged a late fee.

MATS, MAC, and Certificate Programs

• All new and returning students enrolled in a course - Payment is due at the end of the registration period.

If you fail to pay all tuition and fees by the last day of the registration period, and have not set up satisfactory arrangements with Student Success, you will be dropped from all of your courses.

Outstanding Financial Obligations 

A financial hold and a $100 late fee will be placed on your record if you fail to pay tuition. If you have a finance hold on your account, you will not be able to register for a subsequent semester, receive grade reports, have transcripts sent, or receive a diploma.
