How to Register for Courses in Populi

Registration windows vary by program. Please check the academic calendar for accurate dates!

During these dates, you are able to register for the upcoming term. In order to secure your registration and your seat in the term, tuition must be paid in full or a payment plan must begin before your program’s due date.

How to register

Step 1: Log in to Populi

Visit Populi at wts.populiweb.com. After you log in, you will see your Dashboard. This screen is your main navigation page. It acts as a landing page for alerts and provides a quick view of courses. When registration is open, you will see an alert like the one shown below. Click the alert to go to the registration page!

Step 2: Register for Courses

When you click the "registration is open” link, you will be directed to your “Registration” tab where you can see which courses are available to you.

Make sure you have the correct term selected under the "Register for" drop down menu.

Any course that is open and is not full will have a green plus sign that signifies you are able to register for the course. If you see a "clock", this means the course is full. You can add yourself to the waitlist or register for another course. Those on the waitlist will be notified within the registration week of their status on the waitlist.

Once you find the course you would like to add to your schedule, click the green plus sign as shown in the image below.

If you receive an error message for missing prerequisites, you may choose a different course. If you believe the error message is incorrect, please email support.


Once complete, you will be prompted to hit “Save.” Be sure to save your courses before navigating away from this page!



It's that simple! Your added courses will now be displayed at the top of your “Registration” tab as shown below. 


If you would like to drop or add any classes during the registration period, simply revisit your Populi account. If you miss the registration period, you will not be able to register for a course in that term. Throughout registration, we will invoice your tuition for you to have paid in full by the due date.
