Reset Your Password

The ability and method to reset your password varies by platform. See below for specific instructions.

Email

For security reasons, automatic password resets are not enabled for your student email account. To reset your student email account password, please contact helpdesk@wts.edu.

Populi, Canvas, Stellic, and Workplace

These platforms use the same username and password, so if you change your password in Populi, it will affect your other logins as well. In order to reset your Populi password, simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page.

After that, simply enter your student email address when prompted and you will be sent an email with instructions on resetting your password.
